Michael is the Vice-President of Training and Development for ENCOMPASS. Michael has been an Employee Assistance Professional for over 15 years providing consultation and training services to businesses in western and northern Michigan. Much of his work has been specific to hospitals and the health care industry.
His areas of interest and expertise include leadership and teamwork development, managing organizational stress and change, conflict management at work, and enhancing workplace communication skills.
Michael has a degree in clinical social work and completed his postgraduate studies at the University of Michigan.
