ENCOMPASS’ DAILY CALL CENTER
Live coverage is provided DAILY for all incoming service requests through the ENCOMPASS Customer Service team during normal business hours.
During the week, our Customer Care Center is professionally staffed to address urgent, emergent or critical needs and provide the appropriate level of support whether requiring 20 minutes or two hours to assist employees, managers, supervisors to address workplace issues.
